1. Membership Eligibility
- Membership is strictly open to authorized blood centres, blood centre directors, transfusion medicine specialists, and affiliated medical professionals holding a valid license from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), State Blood Transfusion Council (SBTC), or relevant government authorities.
- All details provided in the registration form (blood centre name, license number, address, and contact details) must be true and accurate. Submitting false or misleading information will lead to immediate cancellation of membership.
2. Membership Fees & Payment
- A one-time lifetime membership fee of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) is required to become an official member. There is no annual renewal fee.
- Fees must be paid online (via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or UPI) into the association’s official Axis Bank account.
- You must enter the UTR / Transaction ID or upload payment proof in the registration form. The digital membership certificate will be issued after successful verification.
3. Refund Policy
- The membership fee of ₹1,000/- is strictly non-refundable.
- Fees will not be returned or transferred if membership is cancelled, withdrawn, or rejected due to technical or verification issues.
4. Code of Conduct
- All member blood centres must strictly follow National Blood Policy guidelines, FDA rules, and SBTC standards.
- Members are strictly prohibited from misusing the association’s name, logo, or letterhead for personal gain or unauthorized activities.
- Any conduct harmful to the association or the reputation of the blood transfusion field will result in immediate termination of membership without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, designs, circulars, and materials belong exclusively to the Akhil Blood Centres Association. Commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms
- The governing body / executive committee reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published directly on this website.
7. Jurisdiction
- Any disputes or legal issues relating to these terms or the association’s operations fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
